Clear evidence. Controlled access.
These application terms sit alongside the written MrPrime proposal or service agreement for each Impact Finder client. If the written agreement says something different, that signed agreement governs the commercial relationship.
Authorised use
The person connecting Amazon confirms that they are entitled to authorise the relevant business and marketplaces. Live client data in Impact Finder is available only to signed-in MrPrime staff; the data and privacy notice explains who can see it. Credentials, access links and exported reports must not be shared with anyone who is not authorised for that business.
Read-only service
Impact Finder reads and analyses permitted evidence. It does not automatically change Amazon listings, prices, stock, advertising or account settings. Recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee of revenue, profit, availability or Amazon action. Users remain responsible for checking commercial assumptions—including cost of goods, lead time, margin, tax and operational constraints—before acting.
Data availability
Amazon controls API availability, report generation, data latency, permissions and throttling. Impact Finder identifies incomplete or stale evidence and may withhold a recommendation when the supporting source is unavailable. Temporary provider delays do not authorise duplicate requests or attempts to bypass Amazon limits.
Connection and termination
A client may revoke the application through Amazon or ask MrPrime to disconnect it. Either stops future collection, and may also prevent scheduled refreshes and evidence verification. Disconnecting in Impact Finder deletes the stored Amazon token straight away. Data already collected is not yet deleted automatically: deleting it within 30 days of access being revoked is being implemented. At the end of service, access and retained information are handled under the applicable agreement and the Impact Finder data and privacy notice.
Commercial terms and support
There is no purchase or automatic billing inside Impact Finder. Scope, fees, service levels and cancellation terms are agreed in writing. For support or current pricing, contact info@mrprime.com. The broader MrPrime terms and conditions also apply where incorporated into the client agreement.
