Evidence first. Sales impact first.
Impact Finder is a read-only Amazon analytics application. It turns the data in a selling account into a short list of actions ranked by estimated sales impact, and keeps the product, the reason, the data period and the next step together for each one. The values are estimates, not profit.
What the application does
- Connects to an authorised Seller Central or Vendor Central account through Amazon’s own authorisation page (OAuth).
- Reads, with the account owner’s permission: listings and catalogue details, fee estimates, sales and traffic by product, search, basket and repeat-purchase analytics for brand owners, review topics for top products, and fulfilment inventory, storage, fee and reimbursement reports.
- Checks that each source is complete and current before using it, and flags missing or out-of-date data instead of guessing.
- Ranks opportunities by estimated sales impact: sales at risk or sales that could be gained (a few items are storage-cost estimates instead). These values are estimates, not profit. Checks that cannot be valued are kept apart from the main list.
- Shows on every finding the date its data runs to.
- Produces printable client reports and keeps Amazon links, calculations, assumptions and safeguards attached to each finding.
Read-only operating boundary
Impact Finder collects and analyses authorised data. It does not change listings, prices, inventory, advertising or account settings, place orders, contact buyers, or submit commercial actions to Amazon, and it does not request buyer personal data. Connecting the application does not give MrPrime authority to trade on a client’s behalf.
Who uses it and who sees client data
Impact Finder is part of MrPrime’s managed service. MrPrime account managers use it; clients do not sign in to it. The account manager starts the Amazon connection, the client approves it on Amazon’s authorisation page, and the account manager reviews the findings with the client and produces their reports.
Today every MrPrime staff member who signs in can see every client’s data. Limiting each person to the clients they work on is planned. MrPrime staff also use AI assistants, currently OpenAI Codex and Anthropic Claude Code, that may read production data, including client data, to operate and check the service. The data and privacy notice lists every provider that handles client data.
How AI is used
Impact Finder’s findings, values and rankings come from fixed calculations in its code, not from an AI model. The application does not send client Amazon data to any AI model; its optional AI review works only on fictional demonstration cases. The AI assistants that MrPrime staff use to run the service are described above.
Availability and pricing
Impact Finder is priced by quote. It is supplied as part of MrPrime managed-service engagements and agreed pilots, and each client’s price is set out in a written proposal based on the number of businesses, regions, marketplaces and reporting requirements.
There is no self-service sign-up or purchase, no in-app purchase, and the application never charges an Amazon account.
